Have you been diagnosed with prostate cancer?

If the answer is "Yes",
you are eligible to apply for the

Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP).

What is the MMMP?
The program is a state registry program within the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. The program administers the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act as approved by Michigan voters on November 4, 2008. The program is intended to outline the use and cultivation of marijuana and protect from arrest the seriously ill people who have a medical need to use it.

Although federal law currently prohibits any use of marijuana except under very limited circumstances, states are not required to enforce federal law or prosecute people for engaging in activities prohibited by federal law. The laws of Michigan do not penalize the medical use and cultivation of marijuana that adhere to the guidelines of the

MICHIGAN MEDICAL MARIHUANA ACT of 2008.
